RIVERSIDE, CA - Christine Mary Neel, 75, of Riverside California, loving mother and grandmother passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020.

She was born on August 1, 1945 in Port Huron, Michigan to the late Steve and Elsa Konye.

Christine grew up in Port Huron, Michigan. She moved to sunny and warm California in 1964. She had a career in information technology for AT&T and Target until her retirement. She loved warm weather, the ocean, reading, Elvis, yellow roses, her dogs, raccoons, skunks, possums and ferrets, traveling, watching NASCAR and attending Figure 8 races to watch her brothers and friends race.

There are so many special stories to be shared about Miss Christine we will laugh until we cry. She always said that she should have written a book about her life.

She is survived by her two sons, Marty Neel and Nick Neel of Riverside, California; a daughter Becky Beck, husband Drew ("Boyfriend" to Momma K.); grandsons, Robert Neel, Brett Marrs wife Julia, Brynn Beck wife Nicole, Brodie Beck and great grandchildren Maddux Marrs, Jaylen Marrs and Jackson Beck; two brothers Andy Konye wife Becky and Ron Konye, her Aunt Delores Truan and numerous nephews and nieces and cousins whom she loved with her whole heart.

She is preceded in death by her 1st husband Bob Neel (love of her life), 2nd husband Ron Neel, mother Elsa Konye, father Steve Konye, sister Shirley Brennan and two brothers Mike Konye and Bob Konye.

A celebration of Christine's life for family and friends will be planned for a later date.
